NSW:Man arrested over security guard attack

A man has been charged over a robbery in Sydney's west .. in which a security guard's
car and dog were stolen.

The 44-year-old guard was patrolling on Longhurst Road at Minto on the evening of Monday
August 10 when he was attacked and injured by three men.

His car .. containing a rottweiler in a caged section .. was stolen.

The vehicle was later found burnt out at Airds .. and the dog was running loose.

A 22-year-old man was arrested yesterday at Ambarvale .. and will appear today in Campbelltown
Local Court on six charges including aggravated robbery.
